Roof leak & mold from the abandoned Unit 506 above

The unit above mine — Unit 506 — has been vacant and abandoned for a long time, and the roof above it leaks. Water and mold have been coming down into the home below for months, damaging the room and spreading. It's gotten bad enough to affect our health, and a family member had to move out because of it. The unit has been left unmaintained. It's gotten noticeably worse since the storm a few days ago. I'm asking the HOA to repair the roof and deal with the abandoned unit before the damage reaches more homes. This is exactly what Wednesday's roof vote needs to fix.
